Building and restoration contractors, installers, lift companies, maintenance firms, suppliers to hotels and shops. Many call us several times a month: delivery to the historic centre becomes one less thing to organise.

Typical jobs.

• Site deliveries. From Tronchetto or San Giuliano to sites in the historic centre or on the islands: pallets, materials, a few pieces or a full load.
• Lifts and building services. Cars, motors, rails, components: delivered to the canal side or by our porters up to the installation point, with the old equipment taken back.
• Heavy and bulky loads. Machinery, steel structures, plant: with our six crane boats, up to 20 tonne-metres, and El Nini up to 60 tonnes.
• Hotels and shops. Furniture, supplies, palletised goods: one-off deliveries or on a fixed schedule.
• Return and debris. We bring equipment and scrap back to the mainland and dispose of debris under a waste transfer note (FIR), as members of the National Register of Environmental Managers, cat. 1·4·5·8.

One rate card, no new quote every time.

For businesses with recurring deliveries to the historic centre we prepare a dedicated rate card: each delivery is booked with an email or a message, without starting from scratch.

What we need to know.

• Site. Address, sestiere and number, and whether there is a canal side nearby.
• Pick-up. Dock, your truck or your warehouse on the mainland.
• What. Number of pieces or pallets, size and weight of the heaviest piece.
• How far. Unloading at the canal side or delivery to the floor: floor, stairs, lift.
• Return. Equipment or materials to bring back or dispose of.
