Who we work for
Your gear arrives by truck. We take it from there.
Event agencies, set builders and designers, audio, lighting and video companies, caterers and furniture hire, hotels and palazzi that host events. Events are the work we do most often.
What we do
Typical jobs.
From the truck to the palazzo. We load straight from the truck at the dock, at Tronchetto or San Giuliano, and deliver to the landing of hotels, palazzi, theatres and islands. With our porters up to the floor, if needed.
Audio and lighting. One or more trucks of flight cases in a single operation, with several boats at once, including large-capacity and crane boats.
Catering and furniture. There and back on the same day. Two of our boats have refrigerated holds.
The boat as a stage. Boats rigged for shows, bands and ceremonies on the water, as at the Redentore.
After the event. Strike and return to the dock, with disposal of packaging and waste materials under a waste transfer note (FIR).
Timing
When you need it.
Events are often set up in the evening and struck at night or at weekends: we work those hours, with the surcharge stated in the quote. We book the return together with the outbound trip, so the boat is there when the event ends.
In spring and from late summer into autumn the fleet books up early: write to us as soon as you have your set-up and strike dates.
For regular clients
One rate card, one point of contact.
For agencies and production companies that come back to Venice several times a year we prepare a dedicated rate card, so each event doesn't start from scratch. For supplier registration we send our DURC, company registration extract, insurance policy and ISO certificates.
